What is Estateably?
Estateably is a cloud-based platform that empowers trust and estate professionals to digitize their practices through automation, enhanced compliance and practice-wide collaboration.
I have custom templates that I would like Estateably to autofill - is that possible?
Yes! Either contact us directly at support@estateably.com if you already have an account or mention it to us on your demo.
Can Estateably generate a letter on my letterhead?
Yes! All letters with the exception of court forms can be generated on your letterhead. Users can contact support@estateably.com to find out more.
Do I need to install Estateably?
No installation is necessary! Estateably is cloud-based, meaning that you can access the platform from any of our supported browsers with an internet connection.
Will I be charged per user?
No, each plan has a set number of users included with the monthly subscription fee. Organizations on the Advanced and Enterprise plans will not have a user limit.
What do the Organization plans include and how much do they cost?
Your organization’s plan will depend on how many users you need, the jurisdictions you practice in, and a limited number of vault records.
Can I pay per file without a subscription?
Yes, there will always be a pay-per-use plan. This plan will be available for any organization with 5 or fewer users and will provide you access to 1 probate province or state and 100 vault records.
What security certifications does Estateably hold?
Estateably holds a SOC 2 Type 2 Audit certification and undergoes regular penetration testing. A copy of the reports can be made available upon request to sales@estateably.com.
What is the Setup & Onboarding fee?
Our setup and onboarding fee covers a 1:1 onboarding session after your demo, uploading your firm's letterhead to Estateably's template letters and account setup for you and your team.
